Our client was devoted to their team members and their future. They needed a boutique outplacement solution for its 30+ employees (from developers to the CEO) which was thorough, flexible to their needs, addressed their unique skill sets and was cost-effective. The project also needed to be done over a four month window of time as the company wound down operations.

The Solution

After conducting a gap analysis of their needs, Serviam Career was engaged to work with the 70% of the organization who elected to participate in outplacement services (the others already had procured new employment). Utilizing a combination of advanced workshops on interviewing, networking, negotiation and LinkedIn strategy as well as multiple individual coaching sessions by Serviam Career coaching experts for every team member, our firm was able to assist their employees in rapidly advancing their job searches and landing new positions.

The Results

Our client was able to enthusiastically report that as of this writing every employee who engaged with Serviam Career had landed a new job except for one employee who began working with our firm late in the project and is just starting to be interviewed by other organizations.
