I was approached in the spring of last year by an SVP with a recognized leader in the commercial insurance industry based in Denver (the SVP is based in Denver as well) about becoming his executive coach.  After understanding his needs over a few calls and a face-to-face meeting in Atlanta, I have been his executive coach for the last several months.  We are specifically working on his desire to develop more effective communications with his clients and peers.  He also asked for my help in developing a network of client prospects and business peers on the national level, which we have successfully done.  Although he sought me out, his company pays for the coaching he receives.

We just extended our coaching relationship for another six months and the client is very pleased with the results.
